Catherine King Ward has 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has proven herself a master at solving employer/ employee related challenges and risks, touching all areas of the HR world, and impressing clients with her honesty and integrity. She understands that HR can be overwhelming for those who don’t know what they don’t know, but it is her principles that make her a trusted ally. She is also passionate about giving back to her community. For four years Catherine has served as Routes’ Chair of the Board of Directors.
