Passenger Guidelines - Last Updated May 2025


Personal Conduct 

We want your experience on the QuestBus to be a pleasurable one. We have outlined the following guidelines to help ensure that everyone is safe and supported on their journey. Most importantly, have fun! 

Passengers on the QuestBus will treat each other with kindness and respect. Any assault on a transit operator, supervisor, or fellow passenger, will result in the immediate removal from the QuestBus. This can include verbal or physical transgressions that impact the safety of others. 


Unauthorized activities include, but are not limited to: 

Smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes on buses 

Discarding litter other than in designated receptacles 

Carrying unlawful firearms or weapons 

Possessing any flammable/hazardous materials (fireworks, car batteries, gasoline). 

Disturbing others by engaging in loud, unruly, harmful, or harassing behavior. 

Consuming alcohol or being in possession of an open alcoholic container. 


In addition, please note: 

Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus without assistance. 

If a mobility device is needed, the bus can accommodate devices like walkers, wheelchairs, and scooters. 

Passengers will not be allowed to board the bus if they are visibly intoxicated, or under the influence of other substances. 

Keep your belongings clear of the aisle and other seats. 

Do not lie down or place your feet on seats. 

Speak quietly when using mobile devices, use headphones when possible. 

No eating or drinking on the bus. Food and beverages must be brought in spill-proof containers.

 

Health and Safety 

If you are feeling symptoms of a cold, flu or other illness, please refrain from boarding the QuestBus. While on the bus, you are encouraged to wear a mask and sanitize you



By stepping onto the QuestBus you agree to these terms and if you do not adhere to these guidelines there may be consequences up to and including suspension of service.
