Routes has an accessible van to support clients who cannot utilize traditional vehicles. This van can accomodate wheelchairs, scooters, walkers and more! Fare & ride booking works identically to our standard Transportation Program.

Our volunteers deliver food hampers from community food banks and meals from community groups and churches to clients that face transportation barriers and otherwise could not utilize these food supports! Referral required for enrollment!

The Quest Bus goes on weekly and monthly trips to shopping centres, theatres and exciting social events!
There are also regular trips to the Georgina Food Pantry & Keswick Walmart to support food security in Georgina!

During tax clinics, Routes and partner organizations provide free income tax clinics to individuals and families living on a low income in Georgina and Newmarket. Clinic dates are posted early in the new year and clients call to confirm eligibility and book their appointment time.

Routes' housing program includes a housing supports navigator, housing ambassadors, workshops, and the development of a roommate matching program for people seeking to rent or lease a room.
The Housing supports navigators provides short term case management to support people who are at risk of losing their homes, or have lost their homes. Supports include connections to services through a warm transfer.
