We have an accessible Van!

Routes now offers Accessibility Rides to clients in need of accessible transportation. The cost of rides and ride booking process in the accessible van work identically to our standard transportation program!

Ways to book a ride:

LIMITATION: In consideration of staff safety and equipment limitations, we cannot support bariatric individuals with our service, or individuals with wheelchairs wider than 28 inches.

Please note:  Rides are not confirmed until someone calls you back to confirm, so if you don't hear from us, it might mean the request did not go through. We also request at least 3 full business days notice.
