Requesting a Ride
Please know that rides must be requested by 4PM Wednesday the week before your ride, as we dispatch on Thursdays. We will attempt to accommodate last minute requests.
If you are not a client yet, please fill out the Client Intake Form
to start the registration process. Please do not book a ride if you have not spoken with staff to finalize your intake.
Any Late Cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A cancellation is considered late if it is made after 4PM the business day before your ride.
