Book a Ride
When booking a ride, you will need to provide all details. Please know that rides are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be booked 3 full business days
in advance. We will attempt to accommodate last minute emergencies.
If you are not a client yet, please fill out the Client Intake Form
to start the registration process. Please do not book a ride if you have not spoken with staff to finalize your intake.
NOTE: We require 3 full business days' notice
for ride requests.
Our business days are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm, minus statutory holidays. Ride requests made
after hours or on weekends are NOT received
until the next business day when our staff has the chance to review the request.

Late Cancellations
(with less than 1 full business day of notice) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please call ahead so we can support more rides.
