Leo has been a practicing litigation lawyer for over 25 years and prior to that, was a police officer for 8.5 years with one of the largest municipal police services in Canada.

As a resident of York Region for over 23 years, he has been active in various community efforts, including coaching in local baseball associations and through the Ontario Judicial Education Network speaking to high school students who are interested in law.

He strongly believes that it is imperative to give back to the community that has given so much to him and his family and Routes is the perfect vehicle to do so on a more all-encompassing basis.
