Dean has a combined 40 years experience in education and retail/sales management industries. Dean has a three-year marketing diploma, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science and Education. In addition to being a Routes board member, Dean also volunteers at Community Bread in Newmarket and is a member of the Knights of Columbus
