Joe has worked in the restaurant industry all of his life. When he retired he was looking for something to do that would keep him busy, active and fill up some of his newly acquired free time.
Joe decided to become one of our volunteer drivers; he loved the idea of helping people get to where they need to go. “It’s such a pleasurable experience knowing that I am really helping someone, there is nothing more rewarding than getting someone to their doctor appointment or taking someone to the food pantry”.
