Housing-related initiatives at Routes include Housing Ambassadors to share information and connect with the community, a housing supports navigator to assist clients at risk of losing housing with short-term case management, a roommate connector project to help renters and owners find and retain roommates, and housing workshops/summits to keep our community informed and aware of housing issues, rights, responsibility, self-advocacy techniques and more.
