The Rider Registration form must be completed prior to your first ride request.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RIDES
Your ride request must be received by 4:00 pm, two business days (Monday -Friday) prior to the ride. For example, if your ride is to take place on Monday, the request must be received by the previous Wednesday at 4:00 pm.
Please understand that your ride will not be booked until you receive confirmation from the Routes dispatcher.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your ride, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance
(Monday – Friday).
When you book a ride, our dispatcher will advise you of the cost of the ride based on the information you have provided. You will submit payment to the Volunteer Driver at the time of your ride.
